How ordering from ARACHNOWEBS works, and when you can cancel. Last updated 7 October 2026.
1. Who we are
Roman Zapletalík, trading as ARACHNOWEBS, IČO 61553913, náměstí 1. máje 45, 463 31 Chrastava, Czech Republic, registered in the Trade Register. Not a VAT payer. Email arachnowebshelp@gmail.com, phone +420 771 215 400.
2. How an order works
- You send an order through the website or by email. This is a free, non-binding request.
- We make a free sample of your website. You owe nothing for it.
- If you like it, you confirm our order summary by replying to our email. That is when the contract is made, for the services, price and deadline in the summary. No signatures are needed. We then send you the invoice.
- Once the payment arrives we finish the website, you approve it, and we put it live.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are on the Pricing page and are final (we are not VAT payers). Ordering all three services gives 5 % off each. You pay by bank transfer (QR code on the invoice), due within 3 days: the website when you confirm the order (we start finishing once the payment arrives), social media help before we provide it, and monthly management by the 10th of each month.
4. Your materials and who owns the website
You supply texts, logo and photos and confirm you have the right to use them. Without them we use only our own work or properly licensed photos. Until you have paid, the sample and the website stay ours and may not be used or copied. After full payment you get an exclusive, unlimited licence to use and change the website. We may show it as an example of our work unless you say no.
5. Changes, domain and hosting
The price includes two rounds of changes; more is agreed separately. The domain is registered in your name and you pay for it. The website runs on free hosting. With monthly management we look after it; without it we hand it over to your own account. We never change your email settings.
6. Referrals
Every customer who has paid gets a personal referral code. A new customer who orders with it gets an extra 5 % off their order. Once that new customer has paid, the code’s owner gets 2 months of monthly management free (added to their management, or as a free trial if they don’t have it yet). One code per order; codes can’t be exchanged for money and you can’t use your own code.
7. Monthly management
Optional, and only for a website we built. Either side can cancel it by email; it ends at the end of the month already paid for, and we then hand the website over to you.
8. Cancelling and refunds
Before you confirm the order you can simply say no. The sample is free.
Private customers (not buying for a business) can withdraw within 14 days of confirming the order, without giving a reason, by email. If you asked us to start right away, we keep only the part of the price for work already done and refund the rest; once the website is fully delivered at your request, the right of withdrawal ends. If you didn’t, we start after the 14 days and refund everything if you withdraw. Refunds are paid within 14 days, the same way you paid.
Business customers can cancel before the website is finished; we refund the price minus the work done so far.
Model withdrawal form
If you are a private customer and want to withdraw, you can simply email us, or copy this text:
To: Roman Zapletalík (ARACHNOWEBS), náměstí 1. máje 45, 463 31 Chrastava, arachnowebshelp@gmail.com
I hereby withdraw from the contract for the following service: … · Ordered on: … · Name: … · Address: … · Date: …
9. Complaints and liability
If something doesn’t match what we agreed, email us and we fix it free of charge, within 30 days for consumers. We can’t guarantee business results such as customers, sales or search rankings. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid, and we are not liable for outages of hosting or domain providers.
10. Disputes and final provisions
Consumers can turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority for out-of-court dispute resolution: Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Praha 2, adr@coi.gov.cz, coi.gov.cz. Czech law applies, without removing consumers’ mandatory protection. The version of these terms valid on the day you confirmed your order applies to it.
